• User Name: provided by us when you request an email account
• Password: provided by us when you request an email account
• Incoming POP3 server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Outgoing POP3 server: provided by your ISP

Depending on your ISP's requirements, you may need to tell your email client that your outgoing mail server requires authentication.
